In this coastal segment, which stretches from Bañaderos to San Felipe, several beaches are found: El Portillo, Quintanilla, San Andrés and San Felipe. There are also various sea ponds which have been conditioned as natural swimming pools (Bañaderos, El Altillo y San Lorenzo). This coastal area counts with a complete range of restaurants with a very rich cuisine and many special dishes based on seafood.

Fontanales neighbourhood is a picturesque area and start point for some of the country paths making up the Gran Canaria Rural Path Network.

Los Tilos area and Moya Ravine. This is the last redoubt of Laurisilva forest on the island. There you can also find an important climbing area for those fond of high risk sports.

La Montañeta where visitors can find caves which were used as dwellings by pre-Hispanic Canarian natives.

Los Dragos neighbourhood, located in a luxurious palm grove represents an unforgettable image for any visitor.

Villa de Moya (town centre), with an interesting Canarian architectural style church, Sunday market and the house-museum of the Canarian poet Tomas Morales.
